How to align your chakras to attract good energy

Why is aligning your chakras essential to attracting good energy?

For those unfamiliar with the concept, chakras are energy centers located along the spine, from the base to the top of the head. Derived from Indian spiritual tradition, the word chakra means “wheel” or “disc” in Sanskrit, as each chakra is seen as a wheel of energy that rotates to circulate the vital force (called prana).

Each chakra is associated with a color, a vibratory frequency, emotions and specific aspects of life (security, creativity, communication, intuition...). When the chakras are balanced and open, energy flows freely, promoting physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Conversely, a blocked or unbalanced chakra can lead to tension, emotional blockages or difficulties in certain areas of life.
